Last updated: September 2026
Non-medical service
FamvCare provides companionship, accompaniment, coordination and agreed practical assistance. FamvCare is not a hospital, ambulance, nursing agency or emergency-response service.
Service confirmation
Availability, scope, timing, assigned Companion, third-party expenses and FamvCare fees should be confirmed before service begins.
Parent consent
Support should be delivered with the parent’s knowledge and consent except where lawful authorized decision-making arrangements apply.
Financial boundaries
FamvCare personnel must not request banking passwords or PINs. Any approved purchase or expense should follow FamvCare’s documented payment and receipt process.
Changes and emergencies
If circumstances move outside the agreed scope, the Companion should contact the FamvCare Care Manager. Medical emergencies must be directed to appropriate emergency services or the nearest hospital.
Launch review
These website terms communicate the intended service boundary. Formal commercial terms, cancellation rules and liability provisions must be finalized and professionally reviewed before public operations begin.
